- Abstract:
- This gut is one of several in Charlotte Amaile leading from the hills to the sea. They were cleaned regularly by workers who removed debris (seen here), silt, and weeds. This gut brought water from Hospital Grounds, and the old Sky Line Drive ridge. It went passed the old barrack yard, now the site of the Federal Court Building, and was covered in the 1980's.
