The FourSight Thinking Profile is an assessment, based on the theory that individuals show preferences for the four mental operations that comprise the creative process: clarifying, ideating, developing, and implementing. Leaders as a group show a preference for ideating, which involves visionary thinking, global, and divergent idea production (Puccio & Acar, 2015).By analyzing information from the FourSight database of over 100,000 cognitive profiles, the present research provides three new cognitive snapshots of creative leadership.
