Abstract:: "The purpose of this descriptive study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the ELA program for K-3 English Language Learners (ELLs) of the Pearl B. Larsen Elementary School. It also examined the program models in use to include methodology and the services available for educating ELLs, to evaluate and determine if they were effective, research based programs that best met the needs of their ELL population."
