Notes
- Abstract:
- The purpose of this study was to apply Readers' Theater as a strategy to improve the oral reading fluency scores of students who did not meet fourth grade reading standards. Three elements of fluency were examined: words correct per minute (WCPM), comprehension and the four dimensions of prosody: expression and volume, phrasing, smoothness, and pace. An experimental design was used to determine if there was significance difference between pretest and posttest scores of a treatment and a control group."
